The Middlesex Industrial Park, now the Middlesex Corporate Park, is an industrial park in South Billerica on the Shawsheen River near the Bedford line, entered from the Middlesex Turnpike by Plank Street. It is a Land Court subdivision of Graham Builders, Inc.: the "Plan of Land in Billerica" by Raymond Engineering Service, Raymond J. Garcia, surveyor, dated February 22, 1973 and revised to March 11, 1975 (Land Court Plan 37078-A), shows Plank Street and Dunham Road, both private and 40 feet wide, and Dunham Road Extension, with lots 1 to 13 between the sportsmen's club land, the Shawsheen River, Old Wyman Road and a gas pipeline easement. The Plank Street strip and the first lot had been cut from the Minuteman Sportsman's Club land on a plan recorded on January 26, 1973 (Plan Book 116, Plan 42). In 1974 Jon H. Graham, trustee of Riverhurst Realty Trust, gave the town lot 3, about six acres on the river, for conservation, and the Industrial Commission reported five new tenants. Most of the buildings date from 1973 to 1984. The streets remain private ways.
