Will dated March 1851, witnessed by Orvillers M. Blodgett and Dudley Foster, proved in February 1869. To his wife Caroline "the use and improvement of all my Real Estate" for life, and at her death the real estate "equally divided among my legal heirs"; Caroline sole executrix.
