Thomas H. Conway III, son of selectman Thomas H. (Hap) Conway Jr. A longtime member of the Billerica Fire Department, he was deputy chief when he was sworn in as Fire Chief in June 2012 on the retirement of Chief Tony Capaldo, and retired as chief in 2018. Cemetery Commissioner 2000-2007 (appointed 2000 to fill the vacancy left by David McLaughlin; vice-chairman) and Town Meeting member in precincts 1, 6 and 11.
