Alice Winstanley Barrington

Alice Winstanley was born in Manchester, England, in 1863 and married Roger Barrington in 1881. The couple came to North Billerica in the 1880s and raised their family in the house Roger built at 43 Billerica Avenue; of their seven children, twin sons died in infancy in 1895. She died in Billerica in March 1936, aged 72, and is buried in the North Cemetery.
