Alpine Village
Alpine Village is a small subdivision in North Billerica on the northeast side of Alpine Street. Its definitive subdivision plan, dated September 18, 1997, was drawn by Raymond Engineering Service of 574 Boston Road for the applicant, R & S Realty Trust, and after revisions through March 30, 1998 it was recorded on May 26, 1998 in ten sheets (Plan Book 197, Plan 34). It divided about 22 acres into seven house lots of 30,041 to 327,164 square feet on a cul-de-sac of about 850 feet named Trainor Circle, the larger lots crossed by a New England Power Company easement. The developer was the Shawsheen Woods Realty Trust. The street was renamed in 1999, before its houses were sold, and the houses date from 1999 and 2000. Its street is Twin Pines Avenue.
