Amanda's Way, so written by the town and the registry of deeds (the wiki title drops the apostrophe), is the private entrance street of the Hidden Oaks condominium in North Billerica. It leaves the northeast side of Oak Street by a forked entrance and runs north about 430 feet to the houses of the development, where Jaclyns Way continues from it; the units on it are numbered 1 to 12 Amanda's Way. The land, at 74 Oak Street, takes in old lots of the Lakeside Park plan (Plan Book 30, Plan 1).

The street was created under the state's comprehensive permit law for affordable housing. Hidden Oaks, LLC, whose manager was John Carroll, bought the land in October 2014 and in December 2014 applied to the Zoning Board of Appeals to build 80 townhouses on about 9.5 acres. After the state Housing Appeals Committee sent the case back to the board, the project was cut to 24 detached houses of three bedrooms each, a quarter of them affordable, and on June 8, 2016 the board granted a revised comprehensive permit on plans entitled "Hidden Oaks Site Plan Amanda's / Jaclyn's Way," drawn by Dresser, Williams and Way, Inc. and dated February 11, 2016, revised through May 3, 2016 (recorded July 11, 2016, Book 30216, Page 203). In 2017 a private water main of 310 feet of eight-inch pipe was laid in Amanda's Way from Oak Street.

The master deed of The Hidden Oaks Condominium was recorded on January 29, 2018 (Book 31831, Page 149), and the first houses on Amanda's Way were sold in January and February 2018; the assessors date them all to 2018. The roadways are common areas of the condominium, and the street has not been accepted by the town. The permit and the master deed do not say whom Amanda's Way and Jaclyn's Way were named for, and the origin of the names was not found.
