Braemore Road is a short street of about 300 feet in the River Pines neighborhood, running northwest from Elsie Avenue near the Old Middlesex Turnpike, a block from the Concord River.

It was laid out on the plan of River Pines, Unit 2, drawn by R. F. Smith, surveyor, of Boston Road, in May 1927 and recorded on October 4, 1927 (Plan Book 51, Plan 13). The plan shows "Braemore Road" running from Elsie Avenue to Nestor Avenue between two blocks of small cottage lots, with the Middlesex Turnpike close by on the west. The plan does not explain the name. Braemore is a Scottish place name, and the same plan uses other Scottish names, Kilsyth Road and Argyle Road, for the streets beside it, which suggests a Scottish theme for this part of the plan rather than a person or a local feature.

Braemore Road has remained a minor way. It does not appear in the town's list of accepted streets printed in 1955 or among the streets accepted since, and no acceptance vote has been found. The town graded it with other unpaved River Pines streets in the late 1970s, and it was repaved in 2014.
