Brookfield Estates

Brookfield Estates is a cluster subdivision of fifteen house lots on the Miller farm east of Allen Road in North Billerica, north of Heidi Lane. It was laid out on the "Definitive Subdivision, Brookfield Estates, Miller's Farm Road, Billerica, Mass.," drawn by Raymond Engineering Service of 574 Boston Road, dated January 19, 1994 and revised May 26, 1994, approved by the Planning Board on November 17, 1994 and recorded on December 14, 1994 (Plan Book 187, Plan 48), after the town had rezoned the land to a Residential Cluster Overlay in 1993. The plan shows Millers Farm Road, 50 feet wide, with lots of about 20,000 to 79,000 square feet and an open area across the back of the tract. The Miller family sold the lots to Brookfield Construction, Inc., which built the houses in 1995, and the town accepted the street in 1997.
