Charles Lund House
In 1876, Mark Lund sold this empty plot of land to his son Charles. Charles lived here about 7 years before selling to William Patten in 1884. Patten's heirs maintained the home until 1940. Sometime after 1940, a substantial addition was put onto the back of the house. The original structure's frame can still be seen from the outside.
