Charles Stearns House
Charles Stearns (b. 1806) married Lorinda Wilson in 1827 and had 18 recorded births in the house, but only a half-dozen survived infancy.
The house is shown on the 1831 map, and notes from Charles's son Albert in 1914 state that the house was about 75 years old.
In 1864, Charles Stearns died and the house was sold to Peter Dolan, an Irish immigrant who came to Billerica via Concord. The house remained in the Dolan family until the 1950s.
