Function hall and lounge, earlier the Concord Shores Yacht Club, Inc., renting space for wedding receptions, showers and parties with liquors and catered food. Morris Arakelian was president of the lounge company in 1973. It advertised in the Warrior yearbooks in 1961, 1963 and 1973.
