D. J. Finn Estates

D. J. Finn Estates is a subdivision of about twelve acres in Pinehurst, on the north side of Cook Street opposite the end of Valerie Avenue, south of Moseley Street and west of Knoll Street. It was laid out on the "Definitive Subdivision, D. J. Finn Estates, Billerica, Mass., Lot Layout Plan," drawn by Raymond Engineering Service of 574 Boston Road, dated December 23, 1988 and revised into 1989, for the subdivider, the Wildwood Realty Trust of Billerica, on land of the Finn family of 52 Cook Street. The Planning Board approved it on August 3, 1989, and it was recorded on August 15, 1989 (Plan Book 170, Plan 52). It divided the tract into nine house lots of about 50,000 square feet on a 40-foot street, with two more lots on Cook Street, and the houses were built in 1989 and 1990. Its street, drawn as Danielson Circle, is Daniel Finn Circle, named for Daniel J. Finn and accepted in 1992.
