Dutton - Holden Homestead

In the final major division of "common land" in 1708, Ebenezer Farley and John Dutton were granted land between the "Township", Pond Street, and Salem Road. John Dutton's son, Jonathan, was the first of his sons to be married and granted land in 1723 without mention of buildings. In 1732, he sold to his brother with buildings, which dates the house to somewhere between those years, likely in 1724.
