Dwight H. Dimmock House
Henry Sperry was a trader and lived in East Billerica. He bought the land in 1858 without buildings and sold in 1867 with buildings, giving a date of about 1860. Hananiah Temple owned it from 1873 until his death until 1895. At that point, it was sold to Dwight H. Dimmock.
