Rev. Ernest Cassara, minister of the First Parish in Billerica, ordained there May 9, 1954, and resigned July 1, 1958. Born in Boston June 5, 1925; B.D. Tufts 1954. While in Billerica he was a Town Meeting member, a director of the Bennett Public Library and active in the Billerica Historical Society. He later taught church history at Tufts and history at George Mason University (1970-1990). He died April 10, 2015.
