Field House
The land, along with other large tracts along the Tewksbury border, belonged to Aaron Hosley Patten, who died in 1866. His son Thomas presumably inherited most of this land, and in 1874, he sold this lot with buildings to Emily Webster. The Webster family sold to Edward H. Richardson, who sold to Roy Palmer. Eventually Evan and Margaret Field became the owners from 1920 to 1968, the longest owners of the house, until the current owners who have been there since 1970.
