Forest Park

Forest Park is a neighborhood in North Billerica on the west side of Boston Road, north of Rangeway Road and east of Black Brook. It is registered land. E. Conrad Levy, surveyor, of Lexington drew the "Plan of Land in Billerica" in July 1964, revised March 2, 1966; a copy of part of it was filed in the Land Registration Office on March 23, 1965, and it was registered at the Middlesex North Registry District on March 31, 1966 as Land Court Plan 33684-A, in six sheets, with Certificate of Title 14905 (Registration Book 77, Page 209). It laid out seventy-six lots on Forest Park Avenue, which loops west from Boston Road and back, Donna Road, Angie Road and Henry Street, beside land of the Commonwealth's Department of Conservation along the brook and land of Mabel E. Higgins, Frank J. Terrasi and James E. Farmer to the south. The houses date from 1965 to 1967. A later Land Court plan, 33684-B (1992), divided part of the tract at Forest Park Avenue and Boston Road.
