Foster Glen is a late-1960s neighborhood in East Billerica on Nickerson Drive, a dead-end street off Baldwin Road near its corner with Allen Road. Emmons, Fleming & Bienvenu of Billerica drew the "Definitive Plan of Foster Glen" for the Nickerson Foster Realty Trust in June 1968; the planning board approved it that September and it was recorded on November 5, 1968 (Plan Book 107, Plan 155). Eleven lots, numbered 8 to 18 and most of exactly 25,000 square feet, lined Nickerson Drive to a turnaround. The houses were built between 1968 and 1972.
