Foster House

Samuel H. King subdivided his land in the early 1880s, selling this lot to Charles and Jennie Smith, who presumably built the house. They sold to Stillman Church in 1887 (seen on the 1889 map), who sold again to Charles A. Foster in 1894. The house stayed in the Foster family until 1966, when Charles' daughter Bertha Foster Singer died.
