Infancy Circle
Infancy Circle is the name OpenStreetMap gives to the private drive of the Salisbury Hill Estates Condominium, 81 Salem Road, in North Billerica, which leaves the south side of Salem Road west of Priscilla Lane and runs south about 680 feet to a loop among the buildings. The name was not found in any Billerica record: the units are all addressed 81 Salem Road, and neither the assessors, the registry of deeds nor the town reports know an Infancy Circle. Whether the drive has any name of its own was not found.
The condominium was built under the state's comprehensive permit law for affordable housing. In the fiscal year 2002 the Zoning Board of Appeals approved Salisbury Hill's application for "44 ownership units." The developer, Salisbury Hill Corp. of 574 Boston Road, recorded the master deed of the Salisbury Hill Estates Condominium on June 25, 2003 (Book 15540, Page 2), with a phase plan dated June 9, 2003 by Dresser, Williams and Way, Inc.; it provided for eleven phases of four units each, one unit in each building to be sold at a restricted, affordable price. The first units were sold in September 2003, and the assessors date the buildings to 2003.
