John Baldwin House (Andover Road)
In the early 19th century, John and Lizzie Baldwin lived here. John added to the first ell by moving the extreme sector further out and building in between, covering the connection with a board. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Lyons later lived here with their family of four children. Mr. Lyons was postmaster of Billerica. The first telephone switch board was located in the west room of the Lyons' house. The telephone building is across the street, and the west room was made into an apartment.
