John McCurdy House
In 1815, the Middlesex Canal Proprietors divided their land into small lots along Elm St. In 1847, John McCurdy, a victualler from Ireland had this house built. In the 1850s, it housed a number of Irish immigrants, and was sold to CP Talbot and Co. by 1875. A parking lot is currently at the site.
