Jonas Merriam House
Original house attributed to Jonas Merriam. Merriam's first child was born in Billerica in 1835, presumably at this house. The Merriam's ownership continued through at least the 1853 map.
In the 1940s, it was owned by a religious order. In the 1950s, it was converted into a nursing home. Another house from Boston Road was moved onto the lot and attached, making a much larger building.
