Kiely Estates

Kiely Estates is a small subdivision on the east side of Andover Road, northeast of Billerica Centre, laid out on the "Definitive Subdivision Plan, Kiely Estates, Stonewall Lane," drawn by Raymond Engineering Service of 574 Boston Road for the owner, Richard Annese, dated July 30, 1999, revised to January 7, 2000, and recorded on January 14, 2000 (Plan Book 202, Plan 75). It shows Stonewall Lane running along an old stone wall to a turnaround, with two new house lots behind a lot that kept the old house on Andover Road. The houses on the lane were built in 2001 and 2018, and the town accepted the street in 2010.
