Kindred Place

Kindred Place is a neighborhood in North Billerica north of Pinehurst Avenue and west of Nile Street. The "Definitive Plan of Kindred Place, Billerica, Mass.," submitted by Content Homes, Inc. of 884 Boston Road, Pinehurst, and drawn by Emmons, Fleming & Bienvenu, Inc., engineers and surveyors, of Billerica, is dated July 1970. It was approved by the Planning Board on October 27, 1970 and recorded on April 7, 1971 in two sheets (Plan Book 112, Plan 30). It laid out about one hundred lots of 15,000 square feet on William Road, Chester Road, Christina Avenue and Dee Dee Circle, running north from Pinehurst Avenue. A revised plan of a portion, dated May 1972 and recorded in June 1972 (Plan Book 114, Plan 117), redrew ten lots where William Road meets Christina Avenue. The houses date from the early to mid-1970s.
