Lawrence Estates is a small neighborhood of the early 1990s in East Billerica on Woodcrest Circle, which leaves Jobe Lane (Jon Lane on the plans) at the edge of the Shane Lane neighborhood. Cuoco and Cormier, Inc., civil engineers and land surveyors, drew "Lawrence Estates" on April 15, 1988, and it was recorded in March 1989 in four sheets (Plan Book 168, Plan 104). Its lots are more than an acre. The houses were built between 1991 and 1993.
