Millstone Way is a short dead end street at North Billerica that runs west from Rogers Street, a little south of the Faulkner mills, toward the Concord River. It has no recorded laying out, and under its present name it appears in the town's records only in the 1990s.

It is probably the short street that the Lowell directories called Toothaker Street. The works of the Talbot Dyewood and Chemical Company, which had moved to the east bank of the river below the mills about 1850, were given as "Toothaker st. N. B." in the directory of 1901, and the street lists describe it as running "from Rogers to Chem Works" in 1919 and "from Rogers to Viscol" in 1931, after the Viscol Company took over the chemical works. That name recalled Roger Toothaker, one of the first settlers, whose farm was at "the extreme point" of the early farms north of the Township, "the old Rogers place of a later day, by the canal," as Henry A. Hazen wrote, and the William Rogers house of 1812 nearby was long known as the "Toothaker Tavern." The identification of Toothaker Street with Millstone Way rests on the location only; the date and reason for the present name have not been found, though it may have come with the renaming of duplicate and obscure street names by the selectmen between 1988 and 1990.

Neither name appears in the street lists of 1897 and 1899 or in the town's list of streets accepted printed in 1956, and the street was not on the official map of 1831. It has never been accepted as a public way.
