Paul J. LeLacheur

Paul J. LeLacheur of North Billerica served in the Navy in the First World War aboard the U.S.S. Pennsylvania, and in 1919 boarded at the family's house and store, Le Lacheur's Market, at High Street and Mellen Road, kept by Jean B. LeLacheur. He married Gertrude R. Mahoney of Billerica on Sept. 5, 1921. In 1931 he was a meat cutter for the E. E. Gray Co., living on Fairview, and in 1941 and 1942 he managed the meat department of the Economy Grocery Stores on Boston Road. His wife Gertrude died on Aug. 21, 1944, aged 44.
