This structure was originally attached to the Peter Bohonon House. In the 1930s, the Ferren brothers lived there with their aunt and uncle. Frederick detached this shed, moved it several feet away, and converted it into a livable house for himself.
This house, along with the Peter Bohonon House next door were demolished in 2021.
