Pinewood Estates

Pinewood Estates is a small subdivision in East Billerica on the east side of Salem Road, opposite Keyes Road, along Jared Circle. The "Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land 'Pinewood Estates' - Billerica, Mass.," drawn by Raymond Engineering Service of Burlington and dated September 20, 1985, for Birchwood Realty Trust of Billerica, owner and subdivider, whose trustees were James F. Grifone and Thomas Corbett, was approved by the Planning Board on April 28, 1986 and recorded on August 15, 1986 (Plan Book 155, Plan 53). It created three lots: one at Salem Road and two long lots of 3.45 and 3.82 acres running east from the turnaround to the land of the New England Power Company. The three houses were built in 1987.
