Plenty Street is a short street in the Nuttings Lake section north of the lake, running from Mulcahy Lane across Stewart and Friendship Streets.

It was laid out on "Nuttings Lake Park Annex," Plan C of Nuttings Lake Park, drawn in April 1910 by C. A. Thayer, engineer, of Providence, Rhode Island, for the Billerica Land Company and recorded May 6, 1910 in Plan Book 27, Plan 35. There Plenty Street runs west from Central Street, parallel to Peace, Cady and Rhodes Streets, and is crossed by Friendship and Stewart Streets. The plan gives no reasons, but Plenty clearly belongs with Peace and Friendship Streets to a set of cheerful names. The street guide of 1930 to 1931 gives "Plenty (north side Nuttings lake) from Central northerly byd Friendship."

Plenty Street remained a private way for most of the century. The town graded it in 1980. A motion at the town meeting of June 7, 1983 to accept 730 feet of it, in two parts near Friendship Street and Stewart Street, was lost. The annual town meeting of May 2002 accepted "Plenty St Friendship Northerly to Dead End," 260 feet, and "Stewart St. to Northerly to Dead End," 100 feet, and in 2003 the Billerica Housing Authority built a house on the street with students of the Shawsheen Valley Technical High School. The fall town meeting of October 2019 voted 165 to 5 to accept the rest, "meaning and intending to accept the full length of Plenty Street (approximately 890')," from Friendship Street to its south dead end and from Stewart Street to Mulcahy Lane. Plenty Street is not among the roads of the 1831 map accepted in 2016.
