Purity Estates

Purity Estates is a neighborhood of the early 1990s on Judy Street and Anthony Lane, north of Boston Road. Howe Surveying Associates, Inc. of Chelmsford drew the "Purity Estates" Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land for the applicant, Tass Builders of Burlington, on March 6, 1987; the record owners were Anthony and Philip Santullo. The planning board approved it on October 7, 1988, and it was recorded on August 15, 1990 in two sheets (Plan Book 173, Plan 136). It laid out lots 1 through 14 of about 40,000 square feet, with Judy Street running north from Boston Road and Anthony Lane running east from it to a turnaround. The houses were built in 1992.
