Rangeway Estates

Rangeway Estates is a 1970s neighborhood in North Billerica on Coach Road and Stage Road, between Rangeway Road and Nashua Road. Raymond Engineering Service of Hudson drew the "Rangeway Estates" Subdivision Plan of Land in Billerica for A. C. Fillmore Inc. on February 15, 1969. The planning board approved it on February 24, 1970, and it was recorded on June 9, 1970 (Plan Book 110, Plan 127). It laid out lots 101 through 120, most of about 30,000 square feet, on Coach Road, which runs south from Rangeway Road and ends in a turnaround, and Stage Road, which runs east from Coach Road to Nashua Road. A brook and land of Roger A. Toothacher Jr. bounded it on the south. The houses on the two roads were built mostly in the 1970s; a few houses at the Rangeway Road and Nashua Road ends are older.
