Riverdale Heights is a small neighborhood of the 1980s on the west side of Boston Road, beside the end of Tremlett Road. "Riverdale Heights, Definitive Plan of Land, Billerica, Mass.," owned by Philip C. and Karen M. Farmer of 46 Meade Road, was drawn by Amherst Survey Associates, Inc. of Amherst, New Hampshire, dated June 10, 1980, approved by the planning board on September 8, 1980 and recorded on September 12, 1980 (Plan Book 132, Plan 37). It laid out Bryan Circle, 40 feet wide, from Boston Road to a turnaround near Meade Road, with seven house lots of 40,000 to 55,316 square feet. The houses were built from 1983 to 1986.
