SHINE SPECT

SHINE SPECT USA, LLC is the SPECT nuclear medicine business that SHINE Technologies of Janesville, Wisconsin bought from Lantheus, agreed in May 2025 and completed on January 2, 2026: the TechneLite technetium generator, Cardiolite, Neurolite and xenon gas, and the part of the North Billerica campus that makes them. That day Lantheus deeded Lot 2-2B of the campus, now 325 Treble Cove Road, with the main plant buildings, to SPECT Holdco LLC for $15,075,000. SHINE noted that TechneLite had been made at the plant for 55 years.
