This building was primarily used for the headmaster of Mitchell Boys' School. When the school eventually closed, it remained Mary Mitchell's home for a time. Eventually, it ended up as the Rectory for St. Theresa's Parish. In the early 2000s, with the consolidation of Catholic churches, the building was sold and demolished.
