Arza Page, born 1800, was a carpenter who built at least three houses in the area. He lived in the house one north of this one. Arza died in 1868, and his widow, Elizabeth T. Page sold this house to Susan Rogers of Woburn. This house had a long history of widow owners. The lot eventually became a restaurant and then a Burger King. The Burger King closed in 2004, and was replace with Town Fair Tire in 2007.
