Tercentennial Park is a 1950s and 1960s neighborhood east of Andover Road, on Tercentennial Drive, Sandberg Road, Pilgrim Road, Kenrick Avenue, Arrow Street, Anniversary Way and Meadowlark Way. Its street names recall the town's three-hundredth anniversary in 1955. The land belonged to Nicholas Pichowicz and his wife, who also laid out Salem Heights, and it was registered in the Land Court as case 26306. Brooks, Jordan and Graves, civil engineers, drew the "Plan of Land in Billerica," dated November 10, 1955 and March 14, 1956, as a key sheet and four sheets. It was registered at the Middlesex North Registry District on September 30, 1957 as Land Court Plan 26306-A (Registration Book 54, Page 325), filed with Certificate of Title 10361. It laid out lots of about 15,000 square feet on Tercentennial Drive, which runs in from Andover Road, with Sandberg Road, Pilgrim Street and Arakelian Drive in the south part and Kenrick Avenue, Arrow Street, Anniversary Way, Meadowlark Way and Sperry Street in the north, between land of Abram C. Flint, Theodore Parson, Arthur M. Blood and William N. Paglia. Later plans 26306-B through G (1958 to 1965) redrew some of the lots. The houses on Sandberg Road date from 1957, those on Arrow Street from 1960 and those on Meadowlark Way from 1962. Arakelian Drive is counted with Allendale Acres, and the east end of Tercentennial Drive with Baldwin Park Estates.
