Webb Brook Common

Webb Brook Common is a 1990s cluster development in East Billerica on Jennifer Circle and Sean Circle, between Webb Brook Road and Allen Road. Meisner Brem Corporation drew the "Definitive Subdivision Plan, Webb Brook Common" for the Kasher Corporation of Pinehurst Avenue on February 26, 1994, on land the October 7, 1993 town meeting had zoned village residential. The planning board approved it on September 13, 1994, and it was recorded the next day (Plan Book 186, Plan 68). It divided about 22 acres into 27 house lots of 15,000 square feet, a common area and more than 9 acres of open space under a conservation restriction. The houses were built in 1994 and 1995.
