West Running Brook

West Running Brook is a small subdivision in East Billerica on the north side of Patten Road, beside Content Brook. It was laid out on the "Definitive Plan of 'West Running Brook,' Billerica, Mass.," owned by Content Homes, Inc. and drawn in September 1969 by Emmons, Fleming and Bienvenu, Inc., engineers and surveyors, of Billerica. The Planning Board approved it on November 4, 1969, and it was recorded on January 8, 1970 (Plan Book 110, Plan 5). The plan shows a street 50 feet wide curving north from Patten Road past seven lots of 34,000 to 74,500 square feet, with four more lots on Patten Road and Content Brook and town land beyond. The houses date from 1969 to 1972. Its street is West Running Brook Road.
