Westgate Road subdivision

The Westgate Road subdivision is a group of house lots on registered land on a dead-end street running southeast from Rangeway Road near Sullivan Road in North Billerica. A Land Court plan by Anthony J. Canon, surveyor, dated May 31, 1968 (Land Court Plan 35441-B), divided a tract on Rangeway and Sullivan Roads into large lots, held in 1969 by Romolo E. Capobianco, Inc. Lot 7 of that plan was cut into Lots 8 to 20 on a "Subdivision Plan of Land in Billerica" drawn in March 1970 by Emmons, Fleming and Bienvenu, Inc., of Billerica and filed in the Land Registration Office on May 22, 1970 (Land Court Plan 35441-C), with a 50-foot street ending in a turnaround, between land of Louis B. Gendreau and others and land of Achsah Simonds. Houses stood on it by 1973. Its street is Westgate Road, accepted in 1973.
