Wilson & Hutchins Tenement Housing
Built in the same style as the other tenement housing in the neighborhood, it is a bit newer. It was not on the 1875 or 1889 maps, and the land at the time was part of Elwood's Market. In 1903, it was on Plan Book 20 Page 2, owned by Wilson & Hutchins, who owned the corner store too. It did not appear on the 1936 Plot Plan of Talbot Mill Housing, suggesting it was not owned by the Mill, and probably never was.
