This two-story early 19th century farmhouse is situated at the northeast corner of the House of Correction property fronting Treble Cove Road. This building pre-dates the House of Correction and was the farmhouse associated with the farm owned by Dr. John M. Bailey, known as Winning Farm, from which the nearby pond gets its name. The two-story, wood frame building features two rear wings. The main block of the house is five bays wide with a central entrance beneath a projecting entrance porch. Two two-over-two vinyl windows flank each side of the door, and five windows are located at the second floor. A one story projecting ell is located on the south elevation. The two-story central wing projects off the south side of the west elevation of the main block, and a two-story rear wing is situated off the west elevation of the central wing. These two wings have a recessed porch with turns columns and square wood pickets at the railings. The entire structure is clad in vinyl siding and has an asphalt shingle roof. Several red brick chimneys extend through the roof.
