Woodledge Estates

Woodledge Estates is a small subdivision in North Billerica on the west side of High Street, between Mt. Pleasant Street and Village Lane. Its definitive subdivision plan was prepared for the Billerica Development Co., Inc. by Fleming, Bienvenu and Associates, engineers and surveyors, of Billerica, and dated March 26, 1984; the Planning Board approved it on October 21, 1985, and it was recorded on February 13, 1986 (Plan Book 152, Plan 55). It shows five house lots of about 50,000 square feet around a cul-de-sac 40 feet wide and about 525 feet long, and two lots on High Street with existing houses. The land had belonged to the Ahern family. The lots passed in 1992 to the Churchyard Realty Trust and in 1994 to the Terra Homes and Development Corp. of Tewksbury, which built the houses in 1994 and 1995. Its street is Ahern Circle.
