Zackney Estates is a small subdivision on the west side of Allen Road in North Billerica, near the end of Arakelian Drive, developed by Philip C. Poor Jr. and Sheryl A. Poor and their company, Zackney Realty LLC. It was laid out on a "Definitive Subdivision and Parcel Layout" drawn by Polaris Engineering Corporation, dated August 9, 2007 and revised through July 1, 2008, and filed with the Land Court as Plan 27544C, with Zackney Drive running about 700 feet west to a cul-de-sac. The lots were sold as "Zackney Estates," and the six houses were built from 2010 to 2014.
