Nathaniel Stearns (born 1754) was a Billerica man of the Revolutionary generation, the father of the North Billerica bricklayer and mill owner Nathaniel Stearns. He was born on March 29, 1754, a son of Samuel Stearns and Hannah Trask, and a brother of Jonathan Stearns and Joseph Stearns.

On February 10, 1784 he married Sarah Carleton, whom Hazen calls a daughter of John Carleton of the family that had held the mills at the North Billerica falls. Their son Nathaniel was born on February 5, 1789. Sarah's gravestone is dated to the 1790s, and the town records also give his marriage on August 6, 1791 to Lydia Wilson. A Nathaniel Stearns witnessed, with Isaac Stearns, the deed by which Samuel Stearns Jr. released his share of Simeon Jefts's farm to Henry Jefts in April 1791. Hazen says only that "He died soon", and no record of his death or estate has been found.
