Other Lot Structures Dr. Harlin Pillsbury House (Built 1886)

Thomas Hubbard had 38 acres in this area in 1660, though he died in 1662. Samuel Manning acquired the land then. A house is attributed in this location on the 1831 map, and in 1853, it's listed as Stephen Parker's. When Caroline Parker, Stephen's widow, sold in 1871, there was a "building and remains of a house". In 1882, Hazen refers to it as the Pillsbury place. It's substantially remodelled or rebuilt between 1875 and 1889, with 1886 being the most likely.
