The Billerica Industrial Park is an industrial subdivision in North Billerica on the north side of Chelmsford Road near the Chelmsford line, against Route 3. It was laid out on the "Billerica Industrial Park" subdivision plan of land "to be owned by Murray-Kelly Development Tr.," drawn on November 18, 1969 by Joseph H. Rego, registered professional engineer, of Hudson. The Planning Board approved it on February 24, 1970, and it was recorded on April 2, 1970 in two sheets (Plan Book 110, Plan 68). The plan shows a street running from Chelmsford Road past twelve lots of 45,000 to 62,000 square feet to a cul-de-sac against the 1953 state layout of Route 3. The first building dates from about 1970, and in 1971 the town's Industrial Commission reported that "The Webster Co. has located in the new Executive Park." Its street is Executive Park Drive.
