Jon-Mar Estates

Jon-Mar Estates is a neighborhood in North Billerica in the angle of Nashua Road and Treble Cove Road. "Jon-Mar Estates, a Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land, Billerica, Mass.," owned by John W. Savage and drawn by Walter E. Sampson & Associates, civil engineers and surveyors, of Franklin and Billerica, is dated April 22, 1968. It was approved by the Planning Board on June 18, 1968 and recorded on August 12, 1968 (Plan Book 107, Plan 59). It laid out Jon-Mar Road from West Street, also known as North Street, and Jay Road from Nashua Road, in lots of 30,000 square feet, beside land of George A. and Ralph C. Dyer. "Jon Mar Estates, Section II," dated June 1, 1970 by the same surveyors (Plan Book 111, Plan 172), added Luce Circle. The houses date from 1968 to the early 1970s.
