Kohlrausch House (25-27 Colson Street)
The Talbot Mills sold this land to Charles H. Kohlrausch on Nov 24, 1885. The house was shown on the 1887 map, so it must've been built during 1886. In 1935, the house passed into the hands of the Shalloo family, who owned it until their deaths in the late 1970s.
